Track or return an order

Two ways in. Neither needs a password — we do not use them.

1. From your confirmation emailEvery order email carries a "View your order" link straight to the live status page — courier, tracking number and delivery updates. No sign-in needed, so this is the fastest route.
2. Or sign in to your accountShopify emails you a one-time code — there is no password to remember. Once you are in you can see every order you have placed, not just the most recent one.

Returns

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out. Custom prints are made to order from artwork you supply, so those can only be replaced for a print or delivery fault — not for a change of mind.

The full returns and refunds policy is being published — until it is, the terms above are what we will hold ourselves to.
