Returns & Refunds

RETURNS
We accept returns within 5 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned for a change of mind:
• Made-to-order and personalised items, including anything printed from artwork you supply. Each one is produced for your order and cannot be resold.
• Socks and other hygiene items, once the packaging has been opened.

These exceptions do not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect — see below.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us at thortonsports@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo.
We will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery. In most cases we will not ask you to post a faulty item back to us — a photo is enough.
This applies to every item we sell, including made-to-order and hygiene items.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Email us first so we can note the return against your order and send you the return address. You then post the item back to us at your own cost, using any courier or India Post. We do not currently offer a pickup service for returns.
Please use a tracked service. We can only refund items that reach us, so keep your tracking number until the refund is confirmed.

Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return reaches us we inspect it and email you the outcome within 2 working days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout. Your bank usually takes 5–7 working days to show the refund after we issue it.
The original delivery charge is refunded only when the fault was ours.
All prices include GST at 18%. Refunds are issued inclusive of tax.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Once the parcel has been collected by the courier it must be handled as a return.
Made-to-order items can be cancelled only before production begins, normally within a few hours of ordering, because the artwork goes to the press straight away.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item under this policy and place a new order — it is faster than an exchange in both directions.
