Shipping Policy

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within India only. We are not able to deliver internationally at this time.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders under ₹349: a flat delivery charge of ₹60.
Orders of ₹349 and above: free delivery.
The charge is calculated on your order subtotal and shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery charges are not subject to additional tax.

DISPATCH
Orders are dispatched from our unit in Bahjoi, Uttar Pradesh, within 24–48 hours of the order being placed, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Made-to-order items, including anything printed from artwork you supply, are printed before dispatch and may take a little longer to leave us.

DELIVERY TIMES
We ship pan-India with Delhivery. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Metro and larger cities are usually at the faster end of that range, and remote or rural pin codes at the slower end.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our control.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also find it by signing in to your account or by using the link in your order confirmation email.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating after dispatch.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully before placing your order. We dispatch to the address given at checkout and cannot change it once the parcel has been collected by the courier.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it after the courier's attempts, we will contact you. We can resend the order, though a further delivery charge may apply.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS
Please check your order when it arrives. If it is damaged in transit, email us at thortonsports@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it in full.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days and we will raise it with the courier.
